Trading Card Games
Trading Card Games offer hours of fun to players
who enjoy quick strategic games that offer endless
possibilities. No game is ever the same! Cards
can also be traded amongst players and have a
very high collectible value. The art in TCG’s
such as Magic: The Gathering is usually of very
high standards and adds a lot to the value and
excitement of the game.
Role Playing Games
Role Playing Games are amongst the most challenging
and intriguing in the Fantasy and Sci-Fi world
stimulating imagination and interaction. In an
RPG you and your friends take on the role of a
fantasy character of your choice (e.g. a Barbarian
Fighter or a Mage) while one of you, as the Gamesmaster,
sets the environment and the story line. Just
as in real life it is up to you to decide what
actions to take, how to behave and how to interact
with the other characters. In the game you can
also gain experience, new skills and new knowledge…
that is provided that you live long enough!
Table Top Wargames
Fantasy movies like Lord of the Rings show us
amazing scenes of huge battles, where agile Elves
fight the armies of evil. Their Futuristic counterparts
like Star Wars have left millions of viewers in
awe watching Jedi Knights blasting away at the
denizens of the Dark Side. Who wouldn’t dream
of commanding his or her own army? Table Top Wargames
offer you just that: the opportunity of commanding
your own, custom-built army. Choose your own troops,
paint them as you like, let them follow your very
own banner as they march into battle! Not only
Table-top wargames are a lot of fun, they are
also a hobby in themselves offering you hours
of pleasure, painting armies, giving them the
background you wish and building terrain.
Comics
Forbidden Power is the most specialized comics
shop in Malta. FP stocks titles from some of the
major publishers in the world, and we can also
order just about any title that you might wish.
Every two months we receive a new consignment
of comics. Many of our customers, in fact, place
a ‘standing order’ to ensure that they
get hold of every issue of their favourite titles.
Merchandise
Many of our game are embellished with amazing
artwork and designs that are not only great to
look at but also cool to wear. In our Merchandise
section you will find several items, such as T-Shirts,
Pendants, Dog Tags, Pins and other stuff that
make up a great collection!
Trading Miniature Games
Trading Miniature Games are a new concept in Fantasy
and Science Fiction gaming. They successfully
combine Tabletop Wargames and Trading Card Games,
to create a 3-dimensional action-filled game of
miniatures that come ready painted and can also
be collected and traded!
Game Collecting & Accessories
Gaming and collecting requires also some accessories.
Roleplayers need dice, comic fanatics want to
keep their copies in mint condition, Trading Card
players need to protect their cards while Collectors
need to display them. It’s all part of the
