What is Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game?

Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game is based onthe Japanese comic mega-hit. With fantastic manga drawings Yu-Gi-Oh! is a smashing card game where players can take the role of their favourite cartoon characters Yu-Gi and Kaiba, in an attempt to beat each other’s creatures. You can play with, trade and collect Yu-Gi-Oh! cards

Starter Set

Starter
You can start the game with the Yu-Gi-Oh! Starter Set. There are two starter sets, one for Yu-Gi and one for Kaiba. Each starter set has:

• 43 common cards
• 3 foil cards
  
• a rule book
  
• a play-mat

Booster
You can go on to bolster your deck with booster packs. Each booster pack contains 9 random cards (inc. 1 rare). If you are lucky you may also find a foil (i.e. shiny!) card in your boosters!

New Expansions
New cards keep Yu-Gi-Oh! alive as new creatures and tactics change the face of the game. Regularly a new set of cards is released, offering new options and possibilities that give a unique flavour to the game. New cards come in Boosters and Decks.
